Nestled in the breathtaking Himalayan mountains, the Hunza Valley is home to a remarkable community of people renowned for their extraordinary longevity. It’s said that their average life expectancy is around 120 years. The Hunza people have long captured the fascination of the world, with many attributing their extended lifespans to the apricot fruit that is an integral part of their diet.

 

For generations, the Hunza people have enjoyed a simple yet nutritious lifestyle, largely centered around the consumption of apricots. These succulent fruits are rich in essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, providing the Hunza people with vital nutrients that contribute to their overall well-being.
