Sensitive Skin

More and more often I meet clients with sensitive skin. To me, this is a “new age” skin type that has occurred over the past decades. I believe that this is a result of climate changes and increasing pollution. Sensitive skin is characterized by a thin top layer with a clear appearance of blood vessels. Your skin easily gets sunburns and it is sensitive to temperature changes. You can experience patches of redness and a slow healing process with this skin type. I recommend clients with sensitive skin always use a protective moisturizer and an SPF 50 combined with a vitamin skin concentrate. Use a serum both night and day, combined with a moisturizing treatment at night.
